Annual Athletic Meet-Early Years

The Annual Athletic Meet for Early Years, held on Thursday, 30th January 2025, brought together movement, enthusiasm, and celebration on the sports field. Our youngest learners arrived with bright smiles, loads of energy and excitement.

The meet began with a march past, where the children walked proudly and confidently in class levels, waving at their parents. It was a heartwarming moment that set the tone for the day, filled with pride, togetherness, and joy.

The events that followed were specially designed to suit the age and developmental needs of our Early Years children. From obstacle courses to balancing activities and fun novelty races, each event encouraged children to move freely, explore, and enjoy being active in a playful and safe environment.

Teachers and support staff were present, offering gentle guidance and lots of encouragement. Adding to the excitement were the parents’ and grandparents’ races, where families joined in the fun. Their spirited participation created beautiful moments of connection and celebration across generations.

The Annual Athletic Meet was more than just a Sports Day – it was a celebration of skill development, growing confidence, and shared experiences. It resulted in the creation of memories that will last well beyond the finish line.

This special occasion marked the first Athletic Meet of the Early Years Campus, with many more glorious years to follow.
