Myra Parekh of MYP Grade 6 A was declared the Winner of the Ruskin Bond Literary Awards 2025 in the Budding Writer category at the Dehradun Literature Festival.

Myra’s original story titled “Hope in the Darkness” was selected from over 1,800 entries across the country. Her work stood out for its creativity, imagination, and emotional depth — earning her this prestigious national recognition.

She received the award along with a cash prize of ₹10,000, and was felicitated by Hon’ble Mr. D.Y. Chandrachud, former Chief Justice of India, and Mr. Siddharth Bond, making the honour truly special.
