Class 1 Explores Space Technology with NASA Scientist Dr. Rachel Trehan

During our inquiry into The Role of Technology in Helping Us Understand the Solar System, our Class 1 learners participated in an inspiring guest speaker session with Dr. Rachel Trehan, a space scientist. She shared her experiences working at NASA on the Space Shuttle Program and spoke about the International Space Station (ISS) — its purpose, history, and some of the important missions conducted on board.

Celebrating Guru Nanak Jayanti at NMAJSEYC 

Our Early Years learners came together in a spirit of peace, kindness, and gratitude as we celebrated the birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji — a beacon of wisdom and compassion. 

Through stories, songs, and reflections, children explored his timeless teachings of love, equality, and selflessness — values that continue to inspire us every day. 

May we all carry forward his message of “Ik Onkar” — that there is one divine light in all of us.

Intergenerational Learning in Action for Class 2B

As part of our ongoing inquiry into Where We Are in Place and Time, we had the pleasure of welcoming Mrs. Anjana Gupta, grandparent of a learner from 2 B, who was joined by her daughter as our guest speakers. Together, they shared meaningful stories from their family’s history, identity, and culture, offering our young learners a glimpse into their rich heritage and traditions.

Young Rangers in Action! – Trip to Vantara Rescue Rangers at JWC

Our Nursery, LKG, and Upper KG children had an adventurous day at the Vantara Rescue Rangers field trip at Jio World Centre!

Through fun, hands-on activities, the children stepped into the role of rescue rangers — helping, saving, and caring for - make-believe animals . The excitement, teamwork, and joy on their faces said it all!

An experience full of learning, compassion, and adventure beyond the classroom. 



 

Voices Across Borders – MYP Language Day Celebration

On Language Day, the MYP students lit up the stage with vibrant performances that wove together storytelling, music, and dance across multiple languages. Their acts highlighted the richness of linguistic diversity while celebrating the universal themes that connect us all. Their lively group performances entertained everyone with a mix of dances, songs, and talks in Marathi, Hindi, and Spanish. Their presentations captured the energy and richness of linguistic expression through music, rhythm, and performance.

Echoes of Culture – Language Day Celebration

The Echoes of Culture celebration brought together the joy of language, expression, and cultural pride across the PYP section. The morning was a vibrant showcase of diversity, creativity, and confidence, as students took to the stage to celebrate the many voices that make our community unique.
