When Movement Met Meaning
As part of the Class 6 Physical and Health Education unit on Aesthetic Movement, the teachers designed an inquiry-led learning experience focused on skill acquisition through dance. Students explored coordination, body control, fluency, and musical rhythm by choreographing routines to selected parts of the songs “Waka Waka” and “I Gotta Feeling.”

Our young stars from different classes of the NMAJS Primary school came together to spread the festive spirit of HOLI, with storytelling, dance, and music—making it a day to remember!
The celebration kicked off with an engaging narration of the legendary tale of Prahlad and Holika. Our little storytellers brought history to life, reminding all about the triumph of good over evil. Their expressions and confidence were truly praiseworthy.

Primary Dives into Success
The Primary Inter-House Swimming Gala was an action-packed event filled with excitement, energy, and fantastic swimming. Students from Classes 1 to 5 took to the pool, competing in different age groups across a variety of strokes, including freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke. The relay races were a definite highlight, with teams giving their all to earn points for their houses.

Embracing Tradition through Gudi Padwa Celebrations
The Primary School celebrated Gudi Padwa with great enthusiasm and cultural spirit, allowing students to learn about and appreciate the significance of this traditional festival. The event was thoughtfully planned by the Language team to engage students through various aspects of the festival, ensuring that they understood the festival’s meaning, rituals, and cultural relevance.
