Team Kryptonite 28078 of DAIS excelled at the FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) European Premier Event 2026 held in Eindhoven, Netherlands.
Competing in only their second international event, following their victory at the Asia Pacific Open Championship last year, Team Kryptonite delivered an outstanding performance against 106 of the world's top FTC teams.
The team dominated the qualification rounds, finishing Ranked No. 1 in their division and earning the honour of becoming the First Alliance Captain. They then formed an alliance with Romanian team The Resistance 19091, together setting a new championship high score of 503 points, making them the official event record holders.
Their remarkable performance earned them a place among the Top 3 alliances at the championship, where they advanced to the Semi-Finals.
Adding to their achievements, Team Kryptonite currently holds the distinction of being Ranked No. 1 in Autonomous Performance worldwide—a testament to their technical innovation, programming excellence, and engineering expertise.
