The Flip Side: Re-writing the Narrative.
On 18 February 2026, student leaders from Nita Mukesh Ambani Junior School, hosted a Round Square Postcard titled “The Flip Side: Re-writing the Narrative.” Conceptualised and executed by students from MYP Grade 8, the Postcard aimed to challenge the traditional hero-versus-villain framework that defines many of the fairytale’s children grow up with. What started as a simple curiosity about perspective soon evolved into a powerful exploration of bias, motivation, and empathy.

Coding with Curiosity: Scratch Jr in Action
Interested students from PYP Classes 2 and 3 participated enthusiastically in the Scratch Jr. Coding Competition, creating an atmosphere of excitement and focused engagement. With their thinking caps firmly in place, they designed creative and challenging games! Staying true to the given themes, ‘Space Exploration’ and ‘Under the Sea’, the students demonstrated impressive creativity and problem-solving skills. The results were nothing short of outstanding.

Class 1 - Shadow Puppet Storytelling session
Class 1 students participated in an engaging Shadow Puppet Storytelling session based on The Lion King. The creative use of light, screen, and puppets brought the story to life, capturing the children’s attention and sparking their imagination.
As the characters appeared as shadows on the screen, students watched with great excitement, developing listening skills, creativity, and an understanding of storytelling. The session encouraged curiosity, active engagement, and thoughtful responses throughout the performance.

Meeting Michael: A Humanoid Experience
NMAJS students had an exciting opportunity to interact with Michael, the Unitree G1 humanoid robot from the Mumbai Robotics Development Centre, on Thursday, 27 November 2025. They watched live demonstrations of Michael’s movements and explored how voice-command technology helps the robot respond and perform tasks.
