and world affairs to become critical thinkers, exhibit analytical

f) Coding and Robotics
NMAJS provides opportunities to the students to master the
fundamentals in four digital domains – Digital Citizenship, Microsoft
Office Suite, Coding, and Adobe Creative Cloud. These domains
empower the students with effective communication, collaboration,
creativity, design, presentation, and problem-solving skills. At NMAJS
every student from Early Years to Grade VIII is exposed to
programming languages to ensure that they have a basic
understanding of computer programming language, developing
higher order thinking skills.
Through robotics and coding programmes we look at building a
strong foundation in the field of computational thinking and robotics.
The school provides students with the resources and the opportunity
to use this knowledge, while presenting it at global competitions like
the FIRST Tech Challenge (Classes VII-VIII) and the FIRST Robotics
Competition (Class VIII). The competition curriculum also has the
students espousing various causes like inclusion and gender diversity,
by providing equal opportunities to all, through partnerships with
organisations that work closely with local communities.
g) Annual School Events
The Annual Day, School Fete and Sporting meets are significant
