Nursery expert visit - 2026
In connection with our inquiry and taking learning forward—extending our thinking about how homes are built—we welcomed a parent expert into our Nursery classroom
With a background in architecture, the purpose of the visit was to help children understand how architects think and plan when building a home. Inspired by the story of The Three Little Pigs, our little learners began to wonder… what makes a house strong?
Through hands-on exploration, children experimented with different materials, made choices, and started thinking like young designers
