Meeting Michael: A Humanoid Experience
NMAJS students had an exciting opportunity to interact with Michael, the Unitree G1 humanoid robot from the Mumbai Robotics Development Centre, on Thursday, 27 November 2025. They watched live demonstrations of Michael’s movements and explored how voice-command technology helps the robot respond and perform tasks.
Students were then invited to reflect and interact on how Robotics and AI are shaping our collective future—from everyday conveniences to innovations that support the health and well-being of our planet. Their reflections were thoughtful and mature, and their curiosity shone through in the many meaningful questions they asked.
This hands-on encounter made learning come alive, and our students were truly thrilled to meet Michael.
A heartfelt thank you to our AI and Robotics Parent Interest Group for making this enriching and inspiring learning experience possible.
