Exploring Global Traditions: A Halloween to Remember!

Our Class 1 and Class 2 learners were excited to celebrate Halloween on Friday, 31st October.
As internationally minded learners, they explored this global celebration by dressing up in spooky, fun, and creative costumes. The variety of costumes — from friendly witches, ghosts, and superheroes to storybook characters and imaginative creations — reflected their creativity and enthusiasm. Through this experience, they learned about the origins and traditions of Halloween, understanding how people across the world use costumes and symbols to express imagination and celebrate cultural festivities.
To add to the excitement, our learners visited the cafeteria to watch a pumpkin carving demonstration by the chef and later participated in an assembly where they proudly showcased their costumes in a lively fashion show. Their confident walks, cheerful smiles, and expressive gestures brought the stage to life and filled the room with applause and laughter.
It was a wonderful way to enhance their learning experience and immerse themselves in the festive spirit — a day filled with laughter, creativity, curiosity, and spooky fun!
